Driven by a deep passion for unlocking human potential and fostering thriving workplaces, I am Mirlinda Zulbeari Kelmendi, CEO and Founder of RK HR Consulting. With a comprehensive background blending clinical mental health expertise and executive leadership, I bring a unique perspective to HR consulting that empowers organizations to cultivate healthier, more productive environments.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Lewis University. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Human Organizational Psychology at Touro University, further enhancing my ability to integrate psychological principles with organizational development.

My journey began as a therapist, where I gained invaluable insight into human behavior and mental well-being. Later, as an Executive Director, I managed day-to-day operations, mastering leadership, strategic planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout all these roles, my true passion has been Human Resources—helping organizations attract, retain, and develop talent, optimize workforce performance, and create inclusive cultures that inspire innovation.
